Interested candidates fulfilling the following requirement may submit duly filled in the application according to attached format and bio-data Together with self- attested copies of certificates in support of the qualifications and expertise latest by 22nd January 2020 to “Administrative Officer, National Brain Research Centre, Nainwal Mode, Gurgaon-122 052 (Haryana)”:
Mode and also the period of appointment for NBRC Job: Appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially approximately 17.12.2020 or the period of the project, whichever is previously. Continuation of appointment will rely on sufficient performance during the appointment duration and also the validity of the project. The post is co-terminus with the project.
Accommodation for NBRC Job: Accommodation might be offered according to guidelines of NBRC and subject to availability.
Note No TA/ DA will be payable to the candidates for going to the interview.
Fellowship for NBRC Job: Rs. 50,000/- each month (consolidated) with a 10 percent increase every succeeding year. No other allowances/ advantages will be admissible.
Essential Qualification for NBRC Job:
- M. Sc. in Life Science/ B. Tech. (Biotechnology) or equivalent degree in life sciences from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Strong academic record matriculation on-wards with a minimum of 55 percent marks.
Desirable Qualification for NBRC Job:
- PhD in life sciences with experience in molecular biology.
- Experience with bio-banking of samples.
- Capability to multitask and document the activities of a project.
Duties for NBRC Job: Scientist B will be involved in bio-banking of samples as part of the Dementia Science Programme (Bio-banking). The responsibilities also include preparing reports etc.
